As a founding part of several local men's ministries, Eric displays leadership on a weekly basis to his fellow peers by showing humility and humbleness in an open setting.

In 2002 Eric put his MBA degree and experience to work for CoxHealth as a Business Analyst/Problem Solver. Eric has worked in countless departments throughout the CoxHealth enterprise finding ways to help departments reduce costs. Let's send Eric to Jefferson City so he can help reduce the costs of Big Government.

In 2005 Eric received the MVP of the Year award from his department in Information Systems at CoxHealth.

The Burlison Family has been a part of the Springfield Community since Isaac and Mary Burlison moved here in 1900. Eric is a 6th generation Springfieldian and has lived in 6 different homes in Southwest Springfield over the last 30 years. Eric has attended Sherwood and Mark Twain Elementaries, Jarrett Junior High, Parkview High School and Southwest Missouri State University. Needless to say that Eric is passionate about Springfield, its past, and its future. Who better to serve us in Jefferson City.

Eric and his wife, Angie, live in Southwest Springfield with their two daughters Reese and Aubrey. They believe that the core of the community is the family. Eric and Angie believe that the health of the family is as vital to a child's health as clothes and food, which is why they both volunteer and contribute to charities and ministries that help families and children. Eric and Angie are active members at Fellowship Bible Church.
